FAQ

SP600 Functional Description:
A.Photovoltaic water pump dry-running protection (load drop protection)
Function description: When the photovoltaic water pump is short of water, if the water pump is kept running for a long time, it will cause the water pump to heat up and burn. Therefore , SP600 can protect the motor through the load protection function in terms of parameters.

F10.15 Fault protection action selection (tens digit is the setting of load drop protection function)
F10.23 Load drop detection current ratio
F10.24 Load drop detection judgment time
The load drop protection function can be output through the relay terminal for control system response.
F06.02 selects function number 18, which is the load drop warning output
Parameter setting instructions:
The tens digit corresponding to F10.15 selects the inverter's response mode when a load drop occurs.
0: Report a fault and stop the car freely
1: Alarm and stop according to deceleration mode
2: Alarm and continue to run according to the fault frequency
3: Protection is invalid
F10.23 Load loss judgment current ratio,
Description: This parameter is the ratio of the output current to the motor rated current when the load loss judgment is valid.
F10.24 Load drop detection judgment time
Description: This parameter is the effective time when the load drop judgment is valid.

Example: Set the inverter output current to be lower than 30% of the rated current and maintain it for 10S, which is considered as load loss. At the same time, the inverter will give an alarm and decelerate to stop. At the same time, the RA and RB relay terminals will output a valid signal. The parameter settings are as follows:

F06.02 AC/DC automatic switching relay output
Parameter setting instructions:
A00.23=1, the automatic power switching function is started, and the grid and photovoltaic power sources will automatically switch in the system. When the system works on the grid power supply, the MPPT function is invalid, and the speed regulation is determined by the frequency setting mode.
A00.24 Automatic switching setting time, when the time set by A00.24 has passed, the system will stop and switch to photovoltaic power supply before restarting. When the system is working on photovoltaic power supply, the MPPT function is effective. When the system is in weak light, the system will stop and switch to grid power supply before restarting.
A00.25 Switching time is the switching time during the switching process between photovoltaic power supply and grid power supply. During the switching, the system is stopped.
A00.26 displays the power input currently used for switching.

Wiring diagram description:
1. The photovoltaic panel is directly connected to the P+ and P- power supply terminals. Note that the photovoltaic panel needs a blocking diode
2. X1 controls the driver to start the effective signal
3. RA, RB, RC control the grid input contactor. In the default state, RA and RB are normally closed contactor nodes. At this time, the grid input contactor is valid (please note that the grid contactor controls the relay signal and needs to be connected to the normally closed node. It is powered by the grid when started) . When the switching time is reached, the relay is disconnected for 3S, the photovoltaic panel is used to supplement the power supply, and the contactor is disconnected.

Example: Set the photovoltaic panel and the grid to switch automatically. When the light is weak, it will automatically switch to the grid. The switching time is 10 minutes.
When using the power grid, the drive automatically disconnects from the grid every 10 minutes and switches to the photovoltaic panel to try to supply power to the photovoltaic panel. Through the relay, the contactor is controlled to cut into the grid.
Parameter settings:
A00.23 1 Turn on the AC/DC automatic switching function
A00.24 10 Automatic switching time is 10 minutes
A00.25 5.0 Automatic switching delay is 5 seconds
